It truly has been the best investment I have made, the machines are top of the range delivering amazing results every time! The support from them has been mind blowing, anytime I have a question or need assistance I have someone on hand and made to feel I’m no trouble. I have gone from just one machine to three in my clinic in 2 years!!

I had a training session today with Nadia for the CRIOCUUM machine I thought Nadia was an excellent educator who taught me and my colleagues in a informative yet very hands on way even showing further skills by speaking to my colleague in her native language to help her understand in a better way heidi was also there to help with any questions we had to ask and also helped during the practical element I felt in good hands after spending a number of hours with them

My journey began with Deborah, who guided me through viewing the machines. Her support throughout the financing process was incredible – she truly championed me every step of the way, ensuring I had everything I needed to make the purchase as smooth as possible.

The manufacturing training with Nadia was an absolute pleasure. She has such a gentle and encouraging nature, offering praise throughout while demonstrating an incredible depth of knowledge. She made what could have been a daunting process feel effortless and enjoyable.

When it came to delivery, Mark was fantastic – kind, helpful, and genuinely funny, making the whole process a breeze.

Finally, visiting the head office in Llanelli was the perfect finishing touch. The entire team was so warm and welcoming, making us feel at home with teas, coffees, and biscuits throughout our training. Their hospitality and professionalism were truly top-notch and so great to meet the great guys behind the machines!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m already looking forward to working with Cosmeditech again this summer when I purchase my next machine for tattoo removal. An absolutely fantastic team – thank you all!
